BCF believes that a strong regional arts and culture scene enhances individual lives and creates social bonds necessary to the health of the larger community. Arts and culture grants aim to help arts organizations build audiences, increase access, strengthen operations and increase financial stability.

BCFs Arts and Culture Path focuses grants on:

• Extending cultural experiences to all who live, work, study in or visit Baltimore;
• Supporting cultural districts within Baltimore;
• Encouraging the cultural sector to work together to meet collective needs;
• Helping arts organizations become stronger, smarter and more efficient.
