Four Ways to Give


Establishing a charitable fund at BCF is an easy and effective way to carry out your philanthropy. All that’s necessary is a simple fund agreement and your gift to open the fund. Most funds may be opened with a minimum gift of $10,000; to endow a new scholarship the minimum is $200,000. Your fund may be created with a current gift, or through a planned gift like a bequest.

BCF’s action agenda organizes grants, initiatives and advocacy around a vision of a Baltimore with a growing economy, where all have the opportunity to thrive. You can support our entire action agenda with a gift to the Invest in Baltimore Fund or by endowing a fund for Baltimore at BCF. Your fund for Baltimore will be used now and for generations to come to address Baltimore's most pressing needs.

Tedd is portfolio manager, managing member and founder of Credo Capital Management. 

Prior to founding Credo, he was vice president and portfolio manager/analyst at Brown Capital Management where he co-managed over $2.5 billion in institutional assets as a member of the large/mid cap investment team. 

As a sell-side analyst at Alex, Brown & Sons, and Legg Mason, Tedd conducted research on large, mid and small cap companies. Prior to that, he was an investment banking associate at E.F. Hutton.

He holds a BA in computer science from Morehouse College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
