The following four types of bequests direct your gift to the Baltimore Community. You may restrict the bequest using additional language.

Percentage:
"I give, devise and bequeath to the Baltimore Community Foundation, a nonprofit corporation of the State of Maryland, located at 2 East Read Street, Baltimore, MD 212102, ____% of my estate."

Specific:
"I give, devise and bequeath to the Baltimore Community Foundation, a nonprofit corporation of the State of Maryland, located at 2 East Read Street, Baltimore, MD 212102."

Residual:

Contingent:
"In the event of the death of any of the beneficiaries, "I give, devise and bequeath to the Baltimore Community Foundation, a nonprofit corporation of the State of Maryland, located at 2 East Read Street, Baltimore, MD 212102, ____% of my estate., (percentage, specific, or residual language as above)."
