What free time? If he’s not browsing through virus updates or planning the techie angle of our next big initiative, Al’s fielding calls on his cell phone from tech-challenged BCFers, possibly while serving crossing-guard duty for his neighborhood school . . . pretty good preparation for the stampede of requests he deals with in the office on a daily basis.

Favorite path of Invest in Baltimore:
"Neighborhoods: This path helps communities improve their blocks, homes, and alleyways. Neighborhood improvement projects offer immediate and noticeable results for residents, and Baltimore needs a steadier stream of resources for small, resident-driven projects that would not generally be on the radar to receive funding."
